News » No foul play in Appleton woman's death

Feb. 8, 2010
Appleton police say they won't recommend criminal charges after a woman fell to her death from a house near the downtown area. 

46-year-old Kelly Marquardt died after she walked through a second story door that led to nowhere and fell to the ground below. 

Investigators were called to the home in the 800 block of W. Harris Street around 4:30 a.m. on Jan. 28.  They say there was no foul play involved.
