News » Paddlers ready to hit the water tomorrow

Organizers hope a couple hundred people show up tomorrow for a paddling event between Shattuck Park in Neenah and Lutz Park in Appleton.
Jeff Mazonec says they've held the Park-to-Park Paddle for nine years, and it gives people a different view of the Fox Valley.
Mazonec says it's hard to predict how many people will show up for the event. He says it was supposed to happen in July, but was postponed to the Labor Day weekend because of high water.
Last year, more than 200 people participated. |
