Road construction crews are giving travelers a break over the holiday weekend.
Don Greuel is a project engineer for the DOT, and he says when the agency puts together the contracts for construction projects, they include a provision that crews have to stop their work during the Labor Day weekend.
There are still some lane restrictions. They include Highway 41 in Oshkosh, I-94 east of Madison and south of Milwaukee, and Highway 53 near Rice Lake. |
