3-4 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1-1/2 to 2 lbs. round steak, cut into serving pieces
1 cup sliced onions
1 lb. carrots, sliced
1 (14.5 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 T. brown sugar
1-1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
Combine flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Dredge meat in flour mixture and brown on both sides in oil in skillet. Transfer to slow cooker. Add onions and carrots. Combine tomatoes, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce; pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting 6 to 8 hours or HIGH heat 3 to 4 hours.
