People can tour the new environmental building of a local nature preserve today.
Kristine Schuetze is the development manager at the Gordon Bubolz Nature Preserve. She says last fall their old shelter became unusable. She says they’re halfway done with construction of the new facility and want to show it off.
Shuetze says they’ll also talk about a new microgrid that will power the preserve. She says they’re calling today’s event a hard hat sneak peak party, and tours will be from 1:00 to 3:00.
Shuetze was on Fresh Take with Josh Dukelow, along with board member Renee Torzala, yesterday morning on WHBY.
