The 30th Annual Scouting for Food drive is this weekend, and volunteers with the Boy Scouts from the Bay-Lakes Council will be collecting donations of non-perishable food from homes.
Spokeswoman Kristin Ely-Bluemke says all of the food stays in the area where it was donated. She says the food will benefit over 100 food pantries.
Ely-Bluemke says people who received a plastic bag should have it out at their front door before 8 a.m. tomorrow. Scouts dropped off the bags over the past week.
