A problem with a piece of underground electrical equipment shut down the Ray Nitschke Bridge in downtown Green Bay during the morning rush hour today.
Wisconsin Public Service spokesman Matt Cullen says they were called in just after 5 a.m. He says they were able to re-route power, and restore everyone by about 8:15 a.m.
About 280 customers in the downtown lost power.
