Oshkosh police say the 18-year-old Appleton man killed in a shooting was Cashmiere Hill.
They say Hill was at a home in the 800 block of Waugoo Avenue, on the city’s east side. A 25-year-old Oshkosh man was treated for a gunshot wound and released from a hospital.
Police believe a third person was involved, and they’re looking for him. They say he’s a black male in his late teens or early 20s.
