The Ariens Company might work with the city of Brillion to buy the former Brillion Iron Works plant.
Company spokeswoman Ann Stilp says they’ll look at redevelopment possibilities.
Ariens and the Brillion Redevelopment Authority are going to explore buying the property and look for financial grants.
The plant closed in November of last year. About 350 people lost their jobs.
