Oshkosh is celebrating the season with a holiday parade in the downtown tonight.
Cassie Daniels is the downtown Business Improvement District manager. She says the theme is a Charlie Brown Christmas. She says they have about 75 entries with around 40 floats. She says there will be more music this year as well.
Daniels says they’ll kick off the event with a tree lighting in the Opera House Square at 6:00 p.m. She says the parade will start at 6:30 p.m. and it should last at least an hour.
The route is along North Main Street from Ceape Avenue to Irving Avenue.
