The FCC voted to repeal Net Neutrality last night and a Wisconsin professor says people should expect to pay more for the Internet.
Barry Orton is a telecommunications professor emeritus at UW Madison. He says the decision will let providers create slow and fast lanes for online content.
Orton says new competitors for sites like Google and Facebook will have a harder time entering the market.
Orton says people are already taking legal action against the decision and there will probably be more opposition in the future.
