Betsy Borns returned to Fresh Take to share the latest on the Day Resource Center coming to Appleton. She works for the Fox Cities Housing Coalition, and describes the funding sources and corporate support for this important project, the types of staff and agency partners that will be part of the project, other efforts stemming from Project RUSH (Research to Understand and Solve Homelessness), and the biannual ‘Point in Time Count’ happening on Wednesday, January 24, 2018.
