A Milwaukee man is facing charges, nine months after a 22-year-old Oshkosh woman was killed in a crash near Waupun.
Fond du Lac County prosecutors filed counts of homicide by drugged driving, and second-degree reckless homicide, against 19-year-old Jonathan Vogel.
They say Whitney Domer was heading to Neenah last April when she was hit on Highway 26. Domer’s mother Gina Schraven says she’s glad her daughter is getting justice. She says she just wants Vogel to be held accountable for his actions.
Prosecutors say Domer was trapped in her car and it started on fire.
They say Vogel admitted that he had been smoking marijuana.
