Nearly every American feels a strong desire to “do something” about gun violence in the wake of so many recent shootings. Few are as motivated as Spencer Montgomery. He attended both Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, CT and Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL. This personal connection to two sites of tragedy sparked a strong feeling to take action.
