A Democratic U.S. Senator wants to offer free tuition for two years at community and technical colleges.
Sen. Tammy Baldwin of Madison introduced her proposal at Fox Valley Technical College’s Public Safety Training Center today. Students would save an average of $3,800 on tuition each year.
