Prosecutors finished laying out their case against a man accused of causing a deadly standoff in Neenah.
Forty-eight-year-old Brian Flatoff is on trial on more than a dozen felony charges. Prosecutors say he went to Eagle Nation Cycles in the downtown in December of 2015 because of a dispute over a motorcycle.
A hostage, Michael Funk, was shot by two Neenah police officers after he ran out of the building. Funk had a gun, and officers had been in a shootout with Flatoff earlier.
Flatoff will start presenting his defense tomorrow. He’s representing himself.
