A 27-year-old woman isn’t expected to make her first court appearance in connection with a deadly fire until next Monday.
Dana Nachtrab was arrested yesterday, after her 23-year-old brother, Cody, was killed in a house fire in northwest Outagamie County on Monday night.
The Sheriff’s department is asking prosecutors to charge her with arson and first-degree reckless homicide.
Deputies say Cody Nachtrab was found dead inside a home on Pine Road in the town of Deer Creek. Firefighters say the house was engulfed in flames when they got there. Three people got out safely, including a toddler.
