One of the Democratic candidates for governor is dropping out of the crowded field.
Political newcomer Michele Doolan is from Cross Plains west of Madison. She made the announcement on Facebook over the weekend.
Doolan says she’s endorsing former state Democratic Party Chair Matt Flynn in the August primary.
