Governor Walker is issuing a State of Emergency because of the wildfire conditions in Wisconsin.
He says it will give the DNR the tools to combat the spread of any wildfires.
The National Weather Service issued Red Flag Warnings for parts of the state because of high winds dry conditions and low humidity.
