Organizers of Saturday’s Flag Day Parade in Appleton say Governor Walker is planning to be in the parade.
It’s the first time a sitting governor has been in the parade, since former Governor Lee Sherman Dreyfus in the late 1970s.
The U.S. Postal Service is also dedicating a new stamp during a special ceremony at Houdini Plaza before the parade. It starts at 11:30 a.m.
