Farmers in 52 counties, including many around northeast Wisconsin, could qualify for emergency loans to help with any losses caused by the April blizzard.
They include Outagamie, Winnebago, Calumet, and Brown. The loans are through the USDA and people can apply through the agency’s local farm service offices.
