The number of private schools in the state that are taking part in a special needs voucher program more than doubled.
Notre Dame Academy High School in Green Bay is joining, and it’s the only school available in the Fox Cities and Green Bay area.
The program lets parents apply for scholarships to a private school for special needs students. In all, 84 schools around the state will accept the scholarships. That’s 56 more than a year ago.
