Green Bay schools will get more than $835,000 to make school safety improvements.
The state justice department is handing out grants to districts around the state. The district applied for the funding for security cameras, panic buttons for security desks and school offices, and improvements to P-A systems.
Lawmakers set aside $100 million for safety upgrades.
