Governor Walker stopped in Grand Chute this morning to talk about the sales tax holiday.
It started today and runs through Sunday.
Shoppers won’t have to pay sales tax on clothing, school supplies and computers, but there are strings attached. Clothes must cost less than $75, and computers have to be $750 or less.
It’s expected to cost the state nearly $15 million in lost revenue.
Walker went to Fleet Farm on W. Wisconsin Avenue for a kickoff event.
