A Pulaski man arrested for his fifth drunk driving offense last night was convicted of killing a man in a drunk driving crash in 1994.
The State Patrol says a trooper stopped 54-year-old Kenneth Berna on Highway 32, south of Quarry Road, near Pulaski.
Court records show Berna entered a no contest plea in 1994 to a charge of homicide by driving drunk for the death of 25-year-old Cheng Thao. The crash also happened on Highway 32 near Quarry Road.
