A 22-year-old Kaukauna man is facing a series of charges for a deadly motorcycle crash.
Codi Miller was in Calumet County court this afternoon, and his bond was set at $10,000.
Prosecutors say 53-year-old Kim Anderson of Appleton was killed when Miller hit a boy on a bicycle. Anderson was riding with Miller on Hwy. KK at State Park Road in Harrison. The 13-year-old boy was flown by helicopter to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee.
Miller was convicted of his third drunk driving offense in May.
The charges against him include homicide by driving drunk, and knowingly driving with a revoked license. He was also supposed to have an Ignition Interlock Device on every vehicle he drives.
