An expert says tourism across the state didn’t take too bug of a hit from the recent flooding.
Lisa Marshall is a spokeswoman for the Department of Tourism. She says there’s a group effort across government agencies to get things up and running again. She says the DOT is working on getting roads open. She says the DNR is fixing trails and campgrounds.
Marshall says most of the damage was to trails, beaches, and campgrounds. She says everyone’s working together to get things up and running again.
