An Appleton man is facing a long time in prison after a jury convicted him on several charges for human trafficking and drugs.
39-year-old Willie Allison could spend over 150 years behind bars when he’s sentenced.
Outagamie County District Attorney Melinda Templis says he was prosecuted for human trafficking three different victims as well as several drug-related charges. She says that includes an overdose of one of the victims.
Prosecutors say Allison posted three women’s photos online and forced them into prostitution. They say he would withhold heroin, cocaine, and food from them if they refused. They say he also verbally and physically abused them.
Prosecutors say police went to a home in September of last year when one of the women overdosed on heroin.
