Coach Tony answers a listener question on vegetarian and vegan diets.

” I was a vegetarian about two years back. I made this choice because I didn’t want to support CAFO meat (which is still true today), and because I
believed it was a healthier lifestyle option.
About a year into it, I started to feel unwell. I was tired, my exercise
tolerance and recovery declined, I developed gut issues, and I began to
struggle with slight depression, something that was completely unfamiliar to
