Investigators are adjusting how they’re handling the search for a 13-year-old western Wisconsin girl.
Jayme Closs has been missing since October 15th, when her parents were found shot to death in their home in the Barron area.
Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald says they’re receiving fewer tips, and they’re transitioning to a more methodical investigative approach. He says they had been in a round-the-clock reactive mode.
They believe Closs was abducted, and Fitzgerald says finding her is still his No. 1 priority.
