Governor-elect Tony Evers is announcing his chief of staff and the co-chairs of his transition team.
His campaign manager, Maggie Gau, will be the chief of staff. She held the same position for Sen. Janis Ringhand of Evansville and Rep. Chris Taylor of Madison.
Evers also announced JoAnne Anton will be his transition director. She used to work for former U.S. Sen. Herb Kohl. There will be five co-chairs of the transition team.
