The details are out for Paul McCartney’s upcoming concert at Lambeau Field.
The former Beatle will play there on June 8th of next year.
Packers President Mark Murphy says McCartney’s visit to Green Bay will have about a $6 million economic impact.
The announcement isn’t a big surprise, since the former Beatle put the words Green Bay in capital letters on his Facebook page months ago. The Packers also announced Sunday that details would be coming today.
Murphy says Lambeau Field has hosted a number of non-football events over the years, including a concert by Billy Joel last year. But he believes McCartney’s show will be the most exciting.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday. American Express credit card holders can start buying tickets tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.
