Jurors in the trial of a suspended Fox Crossing judge will continue to deliberate today.
65-year-old Len Kachinsky is facing a felony charge for stalking. Prosecutors say Kachinsky’s court clerk filed the restraining order in February after a number of incidents dating back to April of last year. Kachinsky entered not guilty pleas in September.
The trial included two days of testimony on Thursday and Friday of last week. Jurors asked two questions on Friday and asked to return today for more deliberations.
Kachinsky was a former attorney for Brendan Dassey. He represented the then 16-year-old when Dassey confessed to the 2005 murder of Theresa Halbach.
