Women business owners will have a place to connect with other women business owners and resources.
Bridget O’Connor is the founder of the O’Connor Connection and The Connective. She’s owns one of more than 70 women-owned business in De Pere and feels there’s a need for a collaborative professional office space. She bought and renovated a 102 year old building on Main Street in downtown De Pere.
O’Connor envisions women and women-related services and programs will be offered in the building. She says there’s space to offer programs, classes, and mentorship opportunities.
O’Connor says the Schneider School of Business at Saint Norbert College is in the process of putting together an assessment of what women who own businesses want. She says this will help them meet those needs.
