The state’s Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign is starting again soon.
Randy Romanski is with the State Patrol. He says it’s supposed to be about educating people instead of punishing them. He says they’re offering a Drive Sober app to help people get home if they’ve had too much to drink. He says it’s free and has a find a ride feature to find a ride home no matter where you are in the state.
Romanski says efforts like the campaign are showing results. He says OWI incidents have dropped 25 percent in the last decade.
