Kimberly-Clark will keep its Cold Spring plant in Fox Crossing Open.
Governor Walker and several other lawmakers were at facility today to announce the deal. The company will get up to $28 million over five years.
There was a $100 million incentives package that was approved by the Assembly earlier this year but it never made it to the Senate.
