Three men are in custody on possible attempted murder charges for a shooting on Green Bay’s west side last week.
Twenty-five-year-old Ricardo Torres, 27-year-old Richard Torres, and 26-year-old Andrew Flor were in Brown County court this afternoon. Prosecutors plan to file formal charges sometime next week.
Green Bay Police Capt. Kevin Warych says Ricardo Torres is the suspected gunman.
Police were called to an apartment building in the 1800 block of Western Avenue on December 10th. They say a 23-year-old man had multiple gunshot wounds, and he was taken to a hospital.
