There are some free Christmas Day meals for people in Appleton, Oshkosh, and nearby communities.
Ed Rathsack is with the group We Care Meals. He says they’ll have some more traditional items like turkey ham and mashed potatoes. He says they’ll also have items for kids.
Rathsack says people can also request company with the meals if they want to eat with someone.
The We Care Meals dinner is at Riverview Gardens. It’s from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. tomorrow.
There’s also a dinner at Father Carr’s Place 2B in Oshkosh from noon to 1:30 p.m.
