Brown County Sheriff’s deputies say a 56-year-old man is safe, after he went missing Monday afternoon.
They were concerned Joseph Duncan could’ve been danger because of the weather.
They say Duncan was missing from a community-based residential facility and he may have memory issues. He was heading west on Finger Road in the far east Green Bay area.
Duncan is 6-foot-two with gray hair and blue eyes. Deputies say he was wearing a brown Carhartt jacket, blue jeans with a wallet chain and camo winter boots.
