The stage version of an animated movie opens at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center tonight.
“Anastasia” will be in downtown Appleton for eight performances through Sunday.
PAC spokeswoman Trisha Witt says it’s about a young woman who doesn’t know she’s a part of the Russian royal family. She says the story follows her as she learns about her mysterious past. She says it’s based on the movie from 1997, so people who grew up with the movie will enjoy the show especially.
Tickets for “Anastasia” are on sale now. They’re available at the PAC box office or through the PAC website.
