Governor Evers issued two executive orders today to help fulfill some of his campaign promises.
One calls for the Department of Health Services to create a plan to expand Medicaid. He also directed a number of state agencies to develop a proposal to protect people with pre-existing conditions.
The Republican-controlled Legislature would have to approve any plans.
