Prosecutors are charging the suspect in a robbery spree in Green Bay and Luxemburg.
Twenty-five-year-old Jaccob Pate was in Brown County court this afternoon and his bond is $30,000. Prosecutors say he had a gun when he held up a liquor store and a gas station on Green Bay’s west side Monday night. They say he also tried to rob a gas station on the east side but the cashier closed the register and told him “no.”
Luxemburg police say a man with the same description held up a BP station about 40 minutes later.
Prosecutors say Pate admitted to the four robberies. They say he told investigators he has a drug habit and he needs to provide for his family.
Pate hasn’t been charged in Kewaunee County for the Luxemburg robbery yet.
