A former child care worker and Santa Claus for the Oshkosh YMCA will stand trial on charges that he sexually assaulted a three-year-old girl.
75-year-old BT Adams of Oshkosh was in Winnebago County court Thursday for a preliminary hearing. Prosecutors say surveillance video shows Adams having sexual contact with the girl and kissing her.
He’s scheduled to be back in court next month for an arraignment.
