Appleton police say a man was robbed at a house on the city’s west side this morning.
Officer Meghan Cash says the victim called 911 around 10:30 a.m., saying someone attacked him in the 500 block of N. Outagamie Court. She says they believe it was an isolated incident. She says the victim didn’t know the suspect, and they’ll talk with his roommates to see if they know why it happened.
Cash says the suspect did steal some items, and they’re still trying to figure out what they were.
She says the suspect was described as a black male, between 15 and 25 years old. He’s about six-feet tall with a thin build.
Some nearby schools were put on lockdown, as a precaution.
