Appleton police are seeking domestic abuse charges against a 30-year-old man arrested on the north side.
Officers shut down a one-block stretch of Wisconsin Avenue, between Drew and Morrison streets, for about a half-hour yesterday afternoon.
Dieshon Manka-Moore was eventually taken into custody. Police closed the street, because they were concerned he might have a gun.
They say they went to a house, after a woman called to accuse Manka-Moore of hitting her. There were also warrants for his arrest.
