A nonpartisan group says many state lawmakers will get an education on divided government.
David Callender is with the Wisconsin Policy Forum. He says one party has had control for a decade.
Former Governor Jim Doyle and Democrats had it for two years, before Republicans and former Governor Scott Walker took over in 2011.
Callender says only 21 percent of current lawmakers were around, the last time the power was split.
