A congressman from eastern Wisconsin is talking about his trip to the Mexican border.
Republican Congressman Glenn Grothman of Glenbeulah believes there’s a crisis. He says there’s a need for a stronger border and more people there. He says it’s heartbreaking to hear people down there talking about the necessity of a wall.
Grothman is concerned that border patrol agents and others aren’t getting paid during the government shutdown. But he says the big thing people talked about on his trip was the wall and not their paychecks.
