Drivers should pay special attention to their vehicles during extreme weather changes, especially the cold.
That’s the feeling of auto expert Dean Juliar. He’s a master technician at Fox Valley Technical College in Grand Chute.
Juliar says car companies test vehicles in extreme temperatures, so they can deal with excessive heat and cold. Despite that, Juliar feels there are things drivers can do to help them run better. Juliar says it’s a good time to change to synthetic oil, and pay attention to tire pressure.
