The family of Jayme Closs is letting people know how she’s doing.
A family member posted an update on a GoFundMe page, saying the western Wisconsin girl is doing “pretty good.”
“Our families which are one together would like to thank you all for your love and support!! Jayme is doing pretty good!! We love to see her smile and even more, laugh with a few of her close friends. It’s the best feeling ever❣️ We have a long road of healing and recovery as we move forward; small steps.”
The page is raising money to help the 13-year-old Closs, and the family taking care of her.
Closs was kidnapped last October, and her parents were found dead in their home in Barron. Twenty-one-year-old Jake Patterson is charged with the abduction and murders.
