The city of Menasha is getting a $100,000 grant to complete a segment of the Fox Cities Paper Trail.
The money is coming from the Fox Cities Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Parks and Recreation Director Brian Tungate thinks the Province Terrace Trail will make it safer for people to cross the intersection of Plank Road and Oneida Street. He says it will also provide a connection to the east side of Menasha.
Tungate estimates the total cost of the segment will be $900,000. The city will pay for its part of the project, using $750,000 in TIF money.
